James's Opinion: Well balance coffee - great if new to brewing as it is very forgiveable. if you have an espresso machine at home, grind fine and try 18-22g with 2 to 1 ratio of water meaning the shot will have weight 38g then add steamed milk or hot water depending on how you like it. steamed milk should add a little sweetness so try without sugar, if too bitter grind a little more coarse and if too acidic try a little finer.
