Fruity and sweet, with notes of banana bread, melon & cocoa.
Behold the Cyato, a brilliant example of a smooth and balanced natural! It is packed full of delicious sweetness and tropical fruit notes without being overpowering. This microlot also comes with impeccable sustainability credentials. Coffee trees are pollinated by bees and no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides are thrown on the soil. Instead the naturally fertile ground, comprising black humus and sandy soil, and the cool climate thanks to nearby Lake Kivu contribute to the unique flavours in the cup.
James's Opinion: Dont waste this by using for espresso or grinding too fine! - filter only and use french press or AreoPress. Packed with fruity flavour, grind very coarse (like rock salt) and once poured let it sit for 4 minutes before you push down. Try black to get the flavour and try to stick to 2 scoops of coffee per person.
