This is a real belter of a coffee. Don’t let the flavour notes fool you, it still has loads of smooth and tasty body but the sweetness is off the scale. One of those rare coffees that is just as good on espresso as it is on filter!
James's Opinion: Filter or espresso for this one although my choice is french press. Grind very coarse (like rock salt) and once poured let it sit for 4 minutes before you push down. Try black to get the flavour and try to stick to 2 scoops of coffee per person. if using an espresso machine try the milk cheat of steaming milk and then using a french press to stretch the milk to break down the fats and proteins (all sounds technical but its not) all you do is bring the plunger up and down fast and a few times until the milk doubles in size. Also for a real flat white you are looking at 6oz almost 1:1 try it, you will get more flavour that way.
