Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica coffee, producing an incredible diversity of fruity and floral flavour profiles. This one, from Bogale Turke’s 13 hectare farm in Banko Chalchale, Gedeb, tastes like apricot and black tea. The high altitude and temperate microclimate on Bogale’s farm allow him to produce exceptional microlots like this one.
Fruity and sweet, perfect for filter or Aeropress.

James's Opinion: I love this coffee, i am a big fan of light roasts as the flavour profile is amazing but then it can be harder to brew (to pick out the flavour depends on how you grind the beans, temp of water, age of the beans etc). i would practice on a cheaper variety. Filter only and my choice is AeroPress. Coarse grind here and again try black!
